Chachkies is the Yiddish word for trinkets and collectibles, AKA “dust collectors” that you would find laying around your grandma’s house, or playing cover tunes at a local bar.
We play cover tunes, but don’t expect to hear the same old “bar songs” you’re used to hearing from bands.
We play a wide range of rock tunes from the likes of The Tragically Hip, Weezer, Foo Fighters, Barenaked Ladies, Green Day, and Sheep Dogs. Mix in some rock classics, a lot of 90s hits, and a few rap songs and you get The Chachkies!
